Alarmy is the definitive alarm app that will make you jump out of bed
It’s not easy to get up early. Many people turn off their alarm clock in their sleep and end up oversleeping, and others hit the snooze over and over again during the whole morning. If you are one of those people and you tend to arrive late when you have to wake up early, Alarmy is the alarm clock you’ve been looking for.
This app will activate the alarm that you’ve programmed, and it won’t turn it off until you get out of bed and take a picture of something in your house that you chose previously. Alarmy will force you to get out of bed and run around your house to turn it off.
The trick is to choose something in your house that isn’t in your bedroom, to avoid the temptation to take the photo from your bed and fall back asleep.
If, for example, you save a photo of the stove or the bathroom sink, you’ll have to get up and take a photo of them to make the alarm stop. Then, you’ll be ready to have breakfast or wash your face so that you don’t head back to bed.
You have to remember that Alarmy will recognize the photographs, so you have to be sure to choose an object or a place in the house where the light doesn’t change constantly. The ceiling or the floor won’t work.
